PTFE Non-Woven Filter Bags
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) filter bags are high-performance filtration solutions designed for extreme conditions where other non-woven fabrics fail. These filter bags provide exceptional chemical resistance and superior filtration efficiency, making them ideal for applications with highly corrosive flue gases at elevated temperatures. While PTFE offers excellent resistance to chemicals and abrasion, it requires a minimum of 20 vertical wire support cages when used in tubular bag form due to its poor flex abrasion qualities.
